This is my go-to when I want something light and restorative, but still full of flavour. The yuzu adds brightness, the seaweed brings that coastal depth, and it’s the perfect quick side to a Japanese-style meal — especially when you don’t want to cook.
Add sliced spring onion, a few cubes of tofu, or a small handful of leftover noodles to make it more substantial.
