Good sushi starts with properly seasoned rice. Follow the kit instructions, and allow the rice to cool slightly before rolling — warm rice spreads flavour best and handles beautifully.

Makes approximately 25 sushi rolls.

Ingredients

Short Grain Rice (250g)

Sushi Rice Vinegar (30g): Water, rice vinegar (water, rice) 20%, salt, sugar

Soy Sauce (20g): Water, soybeans, wheat flour, salt, sugar

Roasted Seaweed (11g)

Sushi Ginger (8g): Ginger roots (79.5%), water, sugar, salt, distilled vinegar, sucrose, sweetener (sucralose), acidity regulator (acetic acid), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate)

Wasabi Paste (6g): Horseradish (32%), sweetener (sorbitol), corn oil, water, salt, wasabi japonica (5%), corn starch, mustard extract, acidity regulator (citric acid), thickener (xanthan gum), turmeric, colour (E133)

Contains: soy, wheat (gluten), mustard.
May contain traces of other allergens depending on processing.
