Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, if there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our control.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, usage notes, images, sizing, and product details where relevant.
Product packaging, appearance, availability, and supplier details may change from time to time. Images are provided as a guide and may vary slightly from the product received.

Access to paid content is for the purchaser or registered member only unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, Underground Chef may offer promotions, discount codes, bundles, gifts with purchase, or limited-time offers.
Promotions are subject to availability and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders unless we choose to do so at our discretion.

Please keep the item, packaging, and any photos of the issue until we have reviewed the matter.
To the extent permitted by law, Underground Chef is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or damage resulting from misuse of products, incorrect storage, incorrect preparation, or reliance on general information without considering personal circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
