The Granite Belt is more than a destination to us. We called the region home for five years and, although we moved away a decade ago, our connection with its people has continued through many return visits, shared tables and special events.
The Granite Belt Table is our opportunity to introduce you to some of the people and places that continue to draw us back.
Designed for just five couples, this is a relaxed, thoughtfully curated weekend of regional food, wine, stories and genuine country hospitality—set within Australia’s Top Tourism Town for 2026.
Make your way to Stanthorpe and check in at the Apple & Grape Motel.
Those who wish can meet for a relaxed pre-dinner drink at Stanny Brewhouse before we walk to Essen for our first shared dinner, accompanied by selected Granite Belt wines.
After collection from the motel, we’ll spend the day travelling in comfort with Premium Tours Stanthorpe.
Our carefully planned route includes Blue Pot Pantry, Ridgemill Estate, Savina Lane, Symphony Hill and Golden Grove Estate - places chosen for their hospitality, history, quality and the people behind them.
After time to refresh at the motel, we’ll be collected for dinner at Varias Restaurant. The evening includes a welcome drink and two-course dinner, followed by transport back to the motel.
Sunday is a relaxed self-drive journey through more of the region’s seasonal flavours.
We’ll visit Ashbern Farms, the Granite Belt Christmas Farm and Mrs Claus’ Café, Stanthorpe Cheese and Sam’s Farm Fresh Fruit & Veg before beginning the drive home.
Seasonal activities and produce availability may be affected by weather and growing conditions.

The itinerary has been thoughtfully planned; however, timings, venues and seasonal activities may change if circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
