This one started life as the perfect partner for Saucy Wench Dumplings… but it doesn’t stay in that lane for long. With punchy garlic, caramel-sweet eschallots, and a beautifully balanced blend of soy, vinegar, citrus and spice, this vinaigrette is built to wake up anything it touches.

It’s the sort of jar you open “just for dumplings”… then you find yourself drizzling it on everything.
