When a recipe calls for semolina, reach for this. Lupin “Semolina” is milled from 100% Australian sweet white lupins to give you that familiar semolina-style texture and bite — but with more protein and fibre and far fewer carbs than the traditional version.
Use it the same way you’d use regular semolina:
You can swap it 1:1 in many semolina-style uses, or blend it with your usual semolina if you’re easing into the flavour and texture shift.

Treat it like semolina and a flavour booster: toast it lightly in a dry pan until it smells nutty, then stir through couscous-style sides with lemon zest, parsley, olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Unreal with grilled chicken or seafood.
100% lupin (sweet lupins).
Contains lupin.
(Also note for customers: lupin is a legume and may not suit people with peanut/legume allergies.)
