How the Gift Works

After your purchase, we will prepare a personalised electronic gift certificate with simple activation instructions and a unique gift code.

We will contact you to confirm the recipient’s name, any personal message you would like included, and whether you would prefer the certificate sent to you or directly to the recipient.

The recipient creates their own Underground Chef account, enters their unique gift code and activates the membership when they are ready. Their full 12 months of Kitchen Confidence begins from the date of activation.

There is no automatic renewal, and no payment information is required from the recipient. At the end of their gifted year, they’ll have the option to continue their Kitchen Confidence membership on a monthly or annual plan.
