Is Underground Chef a cooking course or a meal kit?

Underground Chef is neither. It’s a guided cooking membership that teaches you how to cook great meals at home using simple steps and clear guidance. You choose when and what to cook, using ingredients you can easily find, with support from a professional chef along the way.

Do I need advanced cooking skills to get started?

No. The lessons are designed for home cooks, not professionals. Each recipe is broken down into clear, easy steps, so you can cook along at your own pace. If you can follow simple instructions, you’ll feel comfortable from the first session.

Is this suitable if I’m cooking for one or two people?

Yes. Underground Chef is designed with smaller households in mind. The recipes focus on practical portions, less waste, and meals that still feel satisfying and enjoyable when you’re cooking for yourself or one other person.

Do I need special equipment or hard-to-find ingredients?

No special equipment is required. Most recipes use standard kitchen tools and everyday ingredients. When something extra is recommended, it’s optional and clearly explained, so you can decide what works best for your kitchen and routine.
